NHB Teams take Championship at NHB Cup Tournament

Two NHB teams took the Championship at the 2009 NHB Cup Tournament.
The Girls U10 Black team took the Flight 1 Championship with a win over LAFC Chelsea with a score of 2-1. The team had wins over Real So Cal 2-1, Eclipse White 1-0 and Legends 2-1 to make it to the Championship game.
The Boys U14 Black team took the Flight 2 Championship with a win in double overtime against Real So Cal White 3-2. The team made it out of pool play with two wins and a tie. The boys beat the Premier White team from Nevada in the quarter finals with a score of 3-1 and then went on to beat the MVU Black from Cal North with a score of 1-0.
The Girls U9 Black team made it to the championship game with wins over Slammers Maroon 6-1, San Tan Legacy Red of Arizona 5-0 and Fram CQ White 4-0. The girls lost to Eclipse White in the championship game.
