The George Mitton Memorial Cup Registration Program has been developed to make the entire application process simple and easy.

All US Club Soccer teams may apply to the tournament. To show that you will be using your US Club Soccer cards put these four letters (USCS) after your CLUB NAME.
Example: NHB / USCS

PLEASE REMEMBER THESE IMPORTANT FACTS:
You may print out the application when all fields except player and hotel information have been filled in. You should then mail the application plus a money order or cashiers check to the address shown on the application. Your application is considered complete (except player and hotel information) and your team will be considered for acceptance into the tournament. You will receive confirmation that a payment has been received. This is not an acceptance notification into the tournament. Acceptance notifications will follow by e-mail.

It must be noted that your application is not deemed complete until your application has been received and your registration fees paid. Completion of the registration process does not guarantee acceptance.

Once you have created your own User ID and Password, you only need to click on the "Login" button to simply return to an existing application.

To check if your payment was received go back to your application to see if it says PAID, that is your verification that we received your application and check.
